The architect Kika Braz Schwartz describes the project: “Our
main source of inspiration is the view, which combines a blue
sea and a green park, and in our planning, we wished to
enhance it. We rotated the towers to face the sea, and made
the sea view accessible for each and every apartment, while
maintaining their sense of spaciousness and privacy. The vast
apertures include the view as an element of interior design,
and allow a sense of freedom and tranquility, as well as an
unprecedented opportunity to watch the sunset every
evening. We used the fields surrounding the project for vast
ecological environmental development, which is used as a
sort of green and serene inner yard, interlaced with paths
connecting the towers and buildings, leading to remarkable
and beautifully designed lobbies, which stretch to a height
of 6 meters. The blue and green view surrounding the project
is reflected on the residential complex due to aluminum
cladding of the same colors, which gives a modern twist to
the Mediterranean design legacy.
